Sport-Specific Staff
Sport-Specific staff minister to coaches and athletes in a particular sport. By empowering FCA staff and volunteers, they accomplish the FCA Mission in their sport. For example, FCA Wrestling is focused on impacting the sport of wrestling. Field staff and volunteers can most effectively impact wrestlers by implementing the unique strategy determined by the Sport-Specific FCA Wrestling staff. The power of Sport-Specific staff is focusing on the one sport people are passionate about and mobilizing them to impact their sport for Christ.
